Get Pink and Win – Terms and Conditions
GENERAL
Any valid social media post shared with the hashtag #bestfootforward is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out below. Instructions on 'How to Enter' and prizes also form part of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to all Australian residents.
DURATION OF PROMOTION
The Promotion commences 12.00am AEDT on 07/08/2020 and closes 11.59pm AEDT on 11/10/2020. Any competition submissions made outside of the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants must post content of themselves with (or without) their ‘team’ wearing pink shoelaces on social media with the hashtag #bestfootforward. Incomplete or incorrect posts will be deemed invalid. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including data costs, are the entrant’s responsibility. The two most ‘creative entries’, as decided by the selection panel, will receive a PlayBook Masterclass experience.
PRIZE ON OFFER
The PlayBook Masterclass experience is an in person or online, one and a half hour coaching session with the coach of their choice from the PlayBook website – www.playbook.coach. The Masterclass is subject to the coaches availability and other potential restrictions in place at the time (ie COVID). The winning teams (or individuals if applaicable) will be selected by 3.00pm AEDT on 16/10/2020 at Best Foot Forward HQ. The winners will be notified via their social media account, which was used to post their competition entry. Upon confirmation of acceptance of the prize, PlayBook will advise on how to book the Masterclass and the winner has six months from acceptance to have the experience conducted. Once the booking is made, the standard PlayBook T&Cs apply. Any costs associated with claiming the prize and participating in this experience are the entrant’s responsibility. As a winner of this competition, yours (and your teammate’s if applicable) image may be captured or the training session filmed. By entering this competition, you grant Best Foot Forward an irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual licence to use your entry in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using imagery in connection with promotional, marketing or publicity purposes without further reference or payment or other compensation to you.
FURTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, Best Foot Forward reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is non-refundable and cannot be taken as cash or exchanged. Best Foot Forward’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winners do not confirm their acceptance of the prize within one week, Best Foot Forward reserves the right to conduct a redraw. A redraw may also occur in the event that an Entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions, or has breached these Terms and Conditions. If the prize is unclaimed or un-awarded, a prize redraw will be conducted by 30/10/2020. If a winner is drawn, they will be contacted via their social media account. Best Foot Forward is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost, or misdirected communication (including but not limited to prizes). In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency, or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster), Best Foot Forward reserves the right, subject to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion.
